How A4A can help
Support starts with understanding your situation.
A4A's work extends beyond individual legal cases. The organisation also undertakes activities intended to reduce barriers to justice, strengthen rights awareness and support vulnerable people and community-based justice structures.
We may be able to help with
- Legal literacy and community education
- Paralegal training and support
- Advocacy and policy-reform initiatives
- Support for vulnerable groups, including women, children, persons with disabilities and other people facing barriers to justice
- Research and training connected to access to justice and rule-of-law strengthening
Who this service is for
Vulnerable groups; communities; paralegals; justice-sector and civil-society stakeholders
Eligibility, available resources, conflicts and the nature of the legal issue may affect whether A4A can accept representation. An initial request allows the team to assess whether it can assist and what service or referral may be suitable.
